I've added an 18ct gold setting to one of the silver 'Tir' pendants , and set a gorgeous 2mm Mozambique Garnet into it.  Supplied on a delicate 18" diamond cut trace chain.
 
Garnet is January's birthstone and is said to boost love, life force & relationships.
