I made the original of these chunky rings in wax, then had them cast in silver that has been reclaimed from NHS x-rays that would otherwise be in landfill.  It is possible to size the smaller one up a couple of sizes if needed.  To this one, I've added a 2mm lime-green peridot in warm 9ct yellow gold.
