I've made this by texturing a disc of silver.  I've set a beautiful 1.9mm warm brown diamond in 18ct, with another little bead of 18ct gold  to make a unique pendant.  Supplied on a silver 18" chain.
 
Diamonds are the birthstone for April, but let's be honest, they look gorgeous on everyone.
